网络直播行业监管趋严 推出主播实名制

 China has introduced new measures to regulate live online video broadcasting in a bid to further fight illegal content, Chinese-language newspaper The Mirror reported.

据中文月刊《镜报》报道，中国政府已经出台了新的措施来规范在线视频直播，以进一步打击非法内容。

Since last Monday, 20 Chinese live-streaming sites, including Sina, Baidu and Sohu, have implemented¹ real-name registration² for webcasting anchors and promised not to register Internet anchors under the age of 18.

自上周一起，新浪、百度、搜狐等20家国内网络直播平台实施网络主播实名认证，同时承诺不为18岁以下网络主播提供注册通道。

The measure was introduced to further fight pornography and other illegal content on live-streaming platforms.

实施主播实名制是为了进一步打击网络直播平台上的色情等非法内容。

Network anchors who stream their videos live are prohibited from covering politics, guns, drug abuse, violence or pornography, with rule-breakers put on a blacklist, according to a self-discipline pact³ signed by the 20 live-streaming sites.

这20家网络直播平台签署的一项自律公约明确，进行视频直播的网络主播不得播出涉政、涉枪、涉毒、涉暴、涉黄内容，违规主 播将列入黑名单。

Content regulators will also maintain 24-hour real-time supervision⁴ of live broadcasts, the regulation stipulates⁵.

此外，该公约还规定，审核人员对直播内容进行24小时实时监管。

China has about 30 companies in the thriving live video broadcasting sector⁶. Since the second half of 2015, live streaming coverage⁷ of sexually suggestive programs have made headlines and posed new challenges to the campaign against online pornography, said officials.

据悉，中国目前共有大约30家公司从事正在蓬勃发展的视频直播行业。据相关负责人表示，自从2015年下半年开始，网络直播的性暗示节目已经使其成为头条，并对打击网络色情活动提出了新的挑战。
