济南超越北京 再成我国首堵城市

 Jinan, capital of east China's Shandong Province, ranked as the country's most congested city during the first quarter, followed by Beijing and Hangzhou, a traffic congestion¹ report showed last Wednesday.

上周三发布的一份交通拥堵报告显示，中国东部的山东省省会济南成为一季度我国拥堵最严重的城市，紧随其后的是北京和杭州。

It is the second time that Jinan surpassed Beijing to be the most jammed city since the third quarter of last year, according to a report compiled by map service provider AMAP and a transport research center attached to the Tsinghua University.

该报告由地图服务提供商高德地图联合清华大学下属的某交通研究中心编制。报告称，这是济南继去年三季度之后，再次超越北京成为第一"堵城"。

Other top 10 of most congested cities include Harbin, Chongqing, Zhengzhou, Shenzhen, Guiyang, Kunming and Guangzhou.

其他进入"堵城"排行榜前10的城市有：哈尔滨、重庆、郑州、深圳、贵阳、昆明和广州。

Traffic congestion eased greatly during the first quarter, as large numbers of people working in cities traveled back to their hometowns to celebrate the spring festival, AMAP analyst² Fang³ Yiduo said.

First-tier cities including Beijing, Guangzhou, and Shanghai see congestion reduce by 40 percent during the same period, Fang added.

In terms of speed, the average speed in rush hours in Jinan was slightly over 20 kilometers per hour.

Hong Kong performed well with a traffic speed of nearly 30 km per hour in rush hours thanks to its advanced transport infrastructure⁴ and high proportion of highway.
