Indonesian police have arrested eight men in connection with that asylum1 seekerboat that capsized off Java on the weekend. Police say they include foursoldiers, the two owners of the sunken boat and two crew members. The boat wascarrying more than 200 people when it sank. The confirmed death toll2 has nowreached 90.
