 Severe tropical cyclone¹ Lua is causing rain and strong winds for northern WA as it nears the coast.A monsoon² trough and tropical low are triggering heavy showers and storms elsewhere in the tropics.While a trough is generating a rain and storms in New South Wales and Queensland.

 

In Queensland,scattered³ showers and isolated⁴ storms over the southern and central interior.Monsoonal⁵ showers for the northern tropics with heavy falls on the coast.
