And the case of the alleged6 murderer Gerard Baden Clay returns to Brisbane Magistrates7 Court today. The 41-year-old real estate agent is accused of killing8 his wife Allison in Brisbane's western suburb in April. And prosecutors9 have been waiting on critical material, including a forensic10 pathologist's report.
