In this program Phillip visits the beautiful southern city of Guilin, and in particular a village where he learns how tofu is made in the time-honoured tradition.

After that Phillip makes his way to Beijing for a wide ranging interview with Australia's outgoing Ambassador¹ to China, Dr Geoff Raby.
