National People's Congress holds 3rd plenary meeting in Beijing

The third plenary meeting of the first session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) started at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on March 11, 2018.

Zhang Dejiang, Chairman of the Standing¹ Committee of China's National People's Congress, delivered a work report to review the NPC's work in the past five years.
