2018年CRI Baby tiger at UK zoo gets its first health checks

 

A male Amur tiger had its first health checks at the ZSL Whipsnade Zoo in the UK after it was born on June 23, 2018. Vets¹ checked the cub's eyes, ears and teeth, and gave it routine vaccinations².

Amur tigers are classified as endangered by the International Union for Conservation of Nature. There are currently an estimated 500 Amur tigers left in the wild.
