UN calls for humanitarian¹ aid to Afghanistan

 

The United Nations is calling for humanitarian support to Afghanistan. China says that it is ready to help Afghanistan with projects aimed at rebuilding the country and improving the livelihoods² of its people. Meanwhile, Europe is bracing³ itself for a potential wave of refugees from Afghanistan.
