Several people are sick. 有几个人生病了，

She will buy some over-the-counter medicine. 她会买些成药。

Alex needs allergy¹ medicine. 亚力克斯需要过敏药，

His nose is running. His eyes itch², too. 他的鼻水流个不停， 眼睛也很痒。

Abby will get an antacid for Taylor to help her stomach. 雅碧会为泰乐的胃痛买些制酸药，

Abby will also buy aspirin³. 还会买阿司匹灵。

No one has a fever yet, but someone might need it. 现在还没有人发烧，可是说不定有人会需要服用阿司匹灵。

I'm going to the drugstore. I need to get some medicine. 我要到药店去， 我需要买些药。

No, but several other people are. 没有，可是有几个人生病了。

Jim has a sore throat, Taylor's stomach hurts, and Alex has allergies⁴. 吉姆喉咙痛、泰乐肚子痛、亚力克斯则是过敏。

So you're going to get them some medicine. 所以妳要帮他们买药。

Yes. I'm just going to run to the drugstore to get some over-the-counter medicine. 没错。我要到药店去买些成药。

What kind of allergy medicine are you going to get? 妳要买哪种过敏药？

I don't know. I don't have allergies. 我不知道， 我没有过敏。

But Alex is sneezing a lot, and his nose is running, too. 可是亚力克斯一直打喷嚏，鼻水也流个不停。
