James: Alex, which fruit do you like, apples or grapes?

Alex: I like apples. But they aren't my favorite fruit.

阿莱克斯：我喜欢苹果。但是它们都不是我最喜欢的水果。

James: What's your favorite fruit?

Alex: I love mangoes.

阿莱克斯：我喜欢芒果。

James: I like mangoes, too. They're sweet and delicious.

Alex: In summer, I often eat mangoes with shaved¹ ice.

阿莱克斯：夏天时候我经常吃芒果刨冰。

James: My favorite fruit is banana. I eat one every day. I think Linda likes bananas, too.

詹姆斯：我最喜欢的水果是香蕉。我每天都会吃一个。我觉得琳达也喜欢香蕉。

Alex: Where can I buy good, fresh fruit?

Rob: Super Shop Supermarket. They sell a lot of fresh fruit. I always shop for fruit there.

Alex: Are their bananas good? I want some good bananas.

Rob: Sure. Their apples, pears and grapes are good, too.
