Get out a pen and paper and make a list of the positive things that could potentially come out of working hard and getting things done.

 

The list could include anything from getting a promotion³ at work to making your family happy.

 

Read the list aloud when you're done and get started on the path to striving for those pleasant feelings and experiences.

 

1 fatigue
