 　　In Lucy's closet¹, she's looking for a skirt and a blouse that match. 露西正在衣柜里找相配的裙子和上衣。

　　Remember, to match means² the clothes have the similar or same colors. 记住，相配是指衣服有相似的或相同的颜色。

　　A skirt, "skirt," is a piece of clothing that goes around a woman's waist³ - in the middle of her body - and then it goes down and covers the top of her legs, or perhaps all of her legs. 裙子（skirt）是绕在女性腰上的衣服，绕在身体的中间，然后裙子垂下来，盖住腿的上部，或者也可能是腿的全部。

　　You can have a long skirt that goes all the way down to the bottom of your leg; 你可以穿一条长裙，它会一直垂到腿的底部;

　　you could have a short skirt that goes up only covering the top of your legs. 你可以穿一条短裙，只覆盖腿的上部。

　　Lucy's looking for a skirt and a blouse. A blouse, "blouse," is a special kind of shirt that a woman wears. 露西正在找裙子和罩衫。罩衫（blouse），是一种特殊的女式衬衫。

　　Usually it is a shirt that has a collar⁴, "collar," on the top. 通常是一件上方有领子（collar）的上衣。

　　A collar is the part of the shirt near the neck, and it makes the shirt look a little more formal. 领子是衬衫的一部分，靠近脖子，它让衬衫看起来更正式。

　　A woman's blouse also usually has buttons in the front so that when you put the blouse on, you put the buttons together to keep the shirt on your body. 女式罩衫前面通常也有纽扣，这样穿上这件衬衫时，你把扣子扣上，衬衫就不会掉下来。

　　We say you fasten the buttons, "fasten." 我们说你系（fasten）上扣子。

　　You fasten the buttons so that the shirt stays on. 你把扣子扣好，衬衫就不会掉下来。

　　Buttons are little pieces of plastic or metal that go usually through a hole and that keeps the shirt on. 纽扣是一些小块的塑料或金属，通常穿过一个洞，衬衫就不会掉下来。

　　A men's formal shirt would also have buttons and a collar; for a woman, we call it a blouse. 男士的正式衬衣也有纽扣和领子;女士穿的，我们称之为罩衫。
