At google employees get free food, free doctors’ visit, and can spent up 20 %of their time working on independent projects. For a Tech Company, it has a collegiate atmosphere, which is part of the reason why college students ranked it all the way up at number 2 on the annual universal survey
Mountain veiw California is the home of the google plex and about 6500of the company’s 10000 employees. The google offers its ppl several work life benefits like Colorful cafeterias , stuff free food, works spaces adorned¹ with pool tables, massage² chairs and occasional pet, and of course no offices complete without lap pool gym or beach volleyball court.
I mean I feel like google is taking a such good care of me and helping³ me learn and helping me~sure I am happy I am growing like a person,that I can’t help but wanna give google my best.
This is one of the companies I ‘v been with the longest, and it is the culture that's really kept me here.
And it is the culture that keeps applications coming in, over one point one million candidates supply to be a googler in 2006.
We look for ppl that have the basic skills,that necessary to build some of large computer systems in the world.
Most ppl know google for this:its website, but the company ‘s money is made from these- web ads and helping the advertisers find the ways to get their ads in front of customers.
Our approach has been to hire the smartest ppl as we can , and then point that aliens problems, saying that u know this is the stategically important of this company ,why don’t go back ,figure it out ,come back and lets launch it.
But as smarte as acandidates maybe it is candidate’s googliness that ultimately gets them the job, I think some of the key elements is what a googly individual would be someone who is flexible and he focuses on just getting thing done and doesn’t worry about who they r working with and the politic⁴ of the titles and stature⁵ , he is someone who is just efficient and scrappy and resourceful.
