　　I've noticed that my daughter's teeth aren't growing straight. Her teeth are too big. Theredoesn't seem to be enough space for them.

　　She's eight years old and I'm very worried that she's going to have crowded (crooked) teethlike mine.

　　Occlusion refers to the way that the teeth fit together, and their position in the mouth. Theword malocclusion means that the teeth don't fit together properly.

　　咬合指的是上，下牙排牙齿合到一起时位置合适，错颌畸形指的是咬合位置不合适。

　　Make an appointment for your daughter so that I can examine her and refer her to anorthodontist if I think that it's necessary.

　　Malocclusion can be related to habits such as thumb sucking or premature¹ loss of thedeciduous (milk, baby) teeth.
