　　US Supreme⁵ Court is exepected Wednesday to deliver its first-ever opinions on gay marriage cases.

　　Massachusetts elected Democratic Congressman⁶ Ed Markey to the US Senate. He defeated Repubilcan Gabriel Gomez to win the Senate seat previously⁷ held by Secretary of State John Kerry.

　　And three Chinese astronauts are safely back on earth. They landed in northern China after a 15-day trip to space.
