The search for 2 escaped murderers from an upstate New York prison is moving into Vermont. In New York State, authorities closed the road east of the prison to investigate a lead.

House Republican leaders are getting ready for 2 days of debate on President Obama's trade agenda. the House votes Friday on giving the president fast track authority to negociate trade deals. There is heavy opposition¹ on the Democratic side.

A Washington State man is under arrest after his SUV jumped a curb² and hit a group of high-school students out for a class work. Police say the driver admitted using drugs.

And a shark died in Florida when the truck carrying it blew a tire and ran off a highway. 3 other sharks survived the wreck³.
