1. An emotional day for employees at TV Station WDBJ in Roanoke, Virginia, one day after two of their colleagues were killed in a shooting on a live broadcast. 4. And forecasters at the National Hurricane Center in Miami are monitoring the progress of tropical storm Erika. It made unexpected shift to the south and unleashed⁴ severe flooding across the Dominican Republic.
