Texas will be allowed to use a strict new voter ID law for the upcoming xx-term elections, the sxx calls decison today comes two days before the start of ealry voting in Texas, Karl D., the professor of the University in Richmond School of Law, says the decision though only applies to this upcoming election. '' This is only a very preliminary kind of decison that tells us very little about how this case might open xx be resolved. From here out, the voter ID law will be in a fact? for this election, and then the xx will hear the meric? appeal from the dictrict courts in junction1 and once the second rule, the whoever loses this will certainly appeal tothe U.S seprint? court.'' But Ryan H., the attorney of the NWACP Legal Defense2 Fund, says there are more than 600,000 registered voters don't have the photo ID rquired by the law. '' The state did not do a good job, publicly educating people about what is required in the new law, nor did the State do a good job of providing the latest free ID.'' And voters will have to bring certain forms of photo ID in order to castixx it.
The Twenty-one-day quarantine for the first group of people possibly exposed to the ebola virus by Thomas Duncan runs though Sunday. From member station KERA in Dallas Bill Zebo reports. Of the 48 people monitored for signs of ebola all were a symptomatic, there included Louis Troll, and the three young men who lived in the apartment where Eric Duncan stayed when he got sick. Dallas county judge Clay Jankens says Troll is looking forward to the end of

influenza8, SARS and meros.Concern has been raised by so-called Gen and Function Studies, which would prove how these viruses work by altering them in ways that could make them more pathogenic or
