What should we do about it? ?

对于这件事，我们应该这么做？

A: Is that your cell¹ phone? It's too loud.

那是你的手机吗？它太高了。

B: I'm sorry. I'll turn it off².

对不起，我会把它关掉。

A: You know, it's really a problem³ when students bring their cell phones to class.

你知道的，当学生带手机上课真的是一个问题。

B: I know what you mean. What should we do about it?

我知道你的意思。对于这件事，我们应该这么做？

A: We must put a sign on the door like “You must turn off your cell phone before entering⁴ the classroom.”.

我们必须在门上贴个提示像“在进入教室之前必须关掉你的手机”。

B: Also, there must be a fine for anyone⁵ whose phone rings in class.

而且，对于任何人，谁的手机在课堂上响了，必须给予罚款。

A: That's a good idea. But first, everyone has to remember we must not have a cell phone in class.

那是一个好主意。但是首先，大家得记住我们不应该在课堂上有手机。
