A: I'm here for a facial. I made an appointment over the phone for 3:30 today.

A: Addison.

J: ok. Which facial would you like? We have five different kinds of facials.

A: which would you recommend?

J: well, since it's summer and it looks like you've had quite a bit of sun, I'd recommend our summer special. It's especially suited for individuals with sensitive skin.

A: what does it include?

J: the facial will start with a thorough¹ cleansing².

A: does it include a facial mask and a massage³?
