Even as a child I had a musical bent¹,

and enjoyed playing the piano.

In high school I dreamed of

playing the guitar in a rock band,

but because of the pressure of schoolwork,

I never had enough time to practice,

nor did any of my classmates.

However, once I enter college,

I intend to devote² more time to

my personal interests, especially music.

Perhaps I'll be able to get together

with other schoolmates³ of similar disposition⁴,

and finally form that band I've always dreamed of.
