Dialogue 1
A: Hi, Mike, do you have a minute? I'd like to introduce you to a good friend of mine. This is Camilla Peters, she is probably one of the foremost1 plastic surgeons on the West Coast these days, she's not only fabulous2 with a knife, but she's also my business partner and one of my nearest and dearest friends.
B: Ms. Peters, I'm enchanted3. How do you do?
A: Camilla, this is Michael Boardman. He's the managing director of the Los Angeles Women's Health Clinic. A busy and energetic man, but he always manages to make enough time out of his busy schedule to beat me once in a while on the golf course.
C: Mr. Boardman, I'm pleased to meet you. It is true what Clark said?
B: Don't believe everything you hear from this guy. I hardly ever manage to beat him.
C: Please tell me more about what you do.
B: I'll be happy to.
Dialogue 2
A: Ms. Gordon, I am pleased to present Algor Tang from London. Mr. Tang is one of our foremost clients and will be visiting our factory this afternoon.
B: Mr. Tang, how do you do.... I am very pleased to meet you.
A: Mr. Tang, I would like to introduce you to Julia Gordon, our director in charge of the marketing4 and distribution. She will be able to accompany you today on your tour of the factory site. If you have any questions about anything you see, or you have any special requirements and needs, she can help to accommodate5 you.
C: Thank you, Ms. Gordon.
B: Please, call me Julia.
