(单词翻译:双击或拖选)
Education is one of the biggest concerns of migrant workers, especially in Shenzhen where 3/4 of people do not have local Hukou. In an effort to improve education equality, municipal1 government tries to break the Hukou barrier by introducing a brand new school entrance qualification rule based on how much contribution a student's parents made to the city.
