Phoebe: What? What do you mean you’re going to London?

菲比：什么？你去伦敦干什么？

Rachel: Yeah, I have to tell Ross that I love him. Now honey, you take care, you don’t have those babies til① I get back.

瑞秋：（拖着行李箱从卧室走出来）哦，我必须要去告诉罗斯我还爱他。好了，亲爱的，你多保重，一定要在我回来之后再生宝宝。（说完亲了一下菲比的肚子）

Phoebe: I—Rachel, you can’t go! Ross loves Emily!

菲比：我……瑞秋，你不能去，罗斯爱上了艾米丽！

Rachel: Yeah, I know, I know, I know he does. But I have to tell him how I feel! He deserves¹ to have② all the information and then he can make an informed decision.2

瑞秋：是啊，我知道，我知道，他爱她。可是我必须得告诉他我的感受，他得知道所有的事情然后再作决定。

Phoebe: That’s not why you’re going! You’re going because you hope he’s gonna say, “Yeah, I love you too, Rach. Forget about that British chippy③.”3

Rachel: Oh—Do you think he will?!

瑞秋：哦？你觉得他会那么说吗？

Phoebe: No! Because he’s in love with the British chippy! Look, Rachel, if you go, you’re just gonna mess with④ his head and ruin⑤ his wedding! Y’know, it’s too late! You missed your chance! I’m sorry, I know this must be really hard. It’s over.

菲比：不会！因为他现在正爱着那个英国小妞呢！听着，瑞秋，如果你去的话，你会把他搞糊涂，还会毁掉他的婚礼！你应该知道，一切都太晚了！你已经错过机会了！（停顿片刻）真抱歉，我知道这对你来说很难，但是一切都结束了。

Rachel: Y’know what? No. It’s not over until someone says, “I do.”

瑞秋：（思考片刻）不，除非他说了“我愿意”，否则就还没有结束呢。（说完瑞秋跑出门去）

Phoebe: I do! I do! I do! I do!4 Ugh, like I can really chase² you. I’m carrying a litter⑥.

菲比：我愿意！我愿意！我愿意！（菲比追瑞秋到走廊，但瑞秋根本就不停下来）我愿意！（菲比放弃了，关上门）噢，反正我也追不上你，我肚子里还有一窝孩子呢。
