你气色不好。怎么了？

阿布:

I want to buy a flat in “Sun and Star City”. But I quitted when I heard CNPC purchased the whole building at the price of 9476 per square meter with the sum price of 20.6 billion RMB while the price for personal purchase is 23000. The building which it purchased is near to the subway. 

我想在“太阳星城”买套房子。当我听说中石油团以20.6亿团购了整栋楼，而且单价为9476每平方米，而如果个人购买，单价确是23000呢。我就退出了。他们购买的那栋楼正好靠近地铁。

刺猬头:

Is the news reliable? CNPC is state-owned company. I think the leaders dare not to use the national money for their own benefits. 

这个消息确凿吗？CNPC是国有企业。我想他们领导不敢用国家的钱来谋取私利吧。

阿布:

Who knows! The relevant¹ responsible person said that all purchase contracts were signed between their employees and the vendors² while CNPC did not pay any cent for the purchase. 

谁知道呢。他们负责人说所有的合同都是他们的员工与开发商签订的，且中石油为此并未支付一分钱。

刺猬头:

Oh. Unbelievable! Did you ask the sales representatives why the prices had such big difference? 

难以置信！你就没有问问售楼人员为什么价格相差这么大吗？

阿布:

They said they were group purchase and the officials of CNPC had given the clear response. 

他们说中石油是团购。他们还说中石油的高官已经给出明确的答复。

刺猬头:

Nonsense³! What the explanation they gave does not say anything. 

这是废话啊。他们给出的理由并不能说明任何问题。

阿布:

We are just common persons, but they are the leader in the line. The only way we choose is to give up and wait for another chance. 

我们只是平头老百姓，他们是行业的龙头老大。我们能选择的唯一方式就是放弃，等待下次机会。

刺猬头:

That’s true. Maybe it is just a rumor⁴. Be patient for the final result. 

这倒是实情。也许这只是个流言。耐心一些等候最终结果吧。

阿布:

Yeah, we may measure CNPC by our own narrow thoughts. 

是的，也许我们“以小人之心度中石油之腹了”。

刺猬头:

Anyway, hope CNPC do not waste the state money and the relevant organizations will give a definite response. 

不管怎么样，希望中石油没有浪费国家钱财，相关机构给予明确答复。
