简析：

　　总体上，本次大作文较为简单，考生可以直接参考2010年英语二真题大作文手机订购的模式。

　　首段应为图表描述。图表描述本质是：相同事物写变化，不同事物写对比差异。因此，图画描述段可以写城乡人口各自的变化，亦可写城乡人口各个年份的差异。

　　二段可以从多个角度进行评论分析，如原因、现象、意义利弊等。当然，较为简单的原因分析。乡村人口下降的原因可以想到国家政策的影响、经济发展使得一部分富裕家庭迁往城市生活。城市吸引人的地方在于其较为完好的教育、医疗、就业和其他公共服务。

　　Given is a column chart which clearly illustrates¹ the striking contrasts between population in urban and rural areas of China from 1990 to 2010. During these two decades, the rural population descended² moderately, from its peak at approximately 820,000,000 in 1990 to about 660,000,000 in 2010; however, the number of urban people showed a sharp rise/ increase, from 300,000,000 in 1990 to a little more than 660,000,000 in 2010.

　　Such a scenario³ can be naturally associated with the urbanization of China, but what resulted in these differences? To my understanding, at least two fundamental causes can account for this phenomenon. For one thing, in recent years, China was best characterized by its speedy economic development and its policy in controlling population, which enabled more families in countryside to have only one kid and some rich families move to cities. For another, compared with rural areas, education, hospitals, employment and other public services in cities are better; therefore, cities attract more people to reside.

　　Accordingly, it is advisable for governments / authorities to focus more eyesight on the problems caused by population expansion in cities. Meanwhile, it is essential for them to work out comprehensive strategies to shorten the gap between urban and rural areas.

　　所给是一个柱状图，清晰展示了1990年至2010年间中国城乡人口的显著差异。在这二十年中，乡村人口平稳下降，从1990的高峰值约820000000人降至2010的约660000000人;相反，城市人口数量表现出较为明显的增长，从1990年约300000000增长至2010的略高于660000000.

　　这种情景自然而然能自然联系到中国的城镇化，但是什么导致了这些差异?在我看来，至少两个原因可以解释这种现象。一方面，近些年，中国的是突出特征在于其经济的飞速发展和人口控制政策，这使得更多农村家庭只有一个孩子而且一些富裕家庭搬往城市。另一方面，与乡村相比，城镇的教育、医院、就业和其他公共服务更优越;因此，城市吸引了更多的人定居。

　　因此，政府应该更多关注城市人口膨胀带来的诸多问题。同时，他们有必要制定综合策略去缩小城乡差距。
