职场面试基本问题

 　　求职面试，你都会做哪些准备？熟读“面经” 、设想一下考官会问到问题，想必很多人都会这样做。今天我们就来模拟几个面试考官可能会问到的问题，不过答案没有固定的，还需要你自己见机行事哦！

　　1. “Tell me about how you handled a conflict situation you encountered¹.”

　　“告诉我遇到冲突你是如何处理的。”

　　“I sat down with the other person and asked him to discuss his issues with me. I then gave my side of the story.”

　　“我和对方坐下来讨论了一下我们之间冲突的问题，然后我提出了自己的看法。”

　　2. “What books or magazines do you read?”

　　“你平常看哪些书或杂志？”

　　“A trade journal² relevant³ to the company’s line of business.”

　　“与公司业务有关的贸易杂志。”

　　3. “What motivates you?”

　　“什么东西能激励你？”

　　“A challenge and interesting work.”

　　“有挑战又有趣的工作。”

　　4. “Where do you plan to be in five years time?”

　　“5年后你计划自己达到什么高度？”

　　“Your company structure makes me hope I could become a staff engineer.”

　　“贵公司的架构让我希望自己能成为主管工程师。”

　　5. “What changes have you made in your life that you are most proud of?”

　　“最令你骄傲的改变是什么？”

　　“I went back to college to study for my MBA.”

　　“我回到大学攻读MBA。”

　　6. “What are your salary requirements?”

　　“你对工资有什么要求？”

　　“Salary is not my primary consideration but I do have to pay the bills, so I am open to any reasonable offer.”

　　“薪酬并不是我主要考虑的问题，但我也要付账单，所以任何合理的条件我都愿意接受。“

　　7.  “What are some of your major weaknesses?”

　　你主要的缺点有哪些？”

　　“I am generally nervous giving presentations but, with preparation, I have found I am much more confident.”

　　“我通常在演讲时会紧张，但是经过准备后我会更自信。”

　　8. “Are you being interviewed by any other companies?”

　　“你有没有面试其他公司？”

　　“I do have some other options, in this particular field, but this company is my first choice.”

　　“我有一些其他选择，但是在这个行业内，贵公司是我的第一选择。”

　　9. “If you had to compare yourself with any animal; which one would it be and why?”

　　“如果把你自己比作动物，你会选择哪个，并说说原因？”

　　“A lion because although they are independent, they also work well within their group.”

　　“狮子，因为虽然它们各自独立，但是在团队中也能做得很好。”

　　10. “Describe how a sport or hobby taught you a lesson in teamwork?”

　　“有没有一项运动或爱好让你学会了团队合作？”

　　“When I was at college my basketball coach taught me to pass the ball, if it was to my team’s advantage. So now I always look out for my team mates⁴.”

　　“当我上大学时，我的篮球教练让我在对我方有利的情况下传球，所以现在我总是很关心队友。”

adj. 遇到的，遭遇的 动词encounter的过去式和过去分词

参考例句：

• We encountered a number of difficulties in the first week. 我们在第一周遇到了一些困难。
• The army encountered stiff resistance from rebels in the hills. 部队在山里遭到叛乱者顽强的抵抗。

2 journal   

n.日志，日记；议事录；日记帐；杂志，定期刊物

参考例句：

• He kept a journal during his visit to Japan.他在访问日本期间坚持记日记。
• He got a job as editor of a trade journal.他找到了一份当商业杂志编辑的工作。

3 relevant   

adj.有关的，贴切的

参考例句：

• I don't think his remarks are relevant to our discussion.我认为他的话不切我们的议题。
• These materials are relevant to the case.这些材料与这案件有关。

4 mates   

[英]伙伴( mate的名词复数 )； 同伴； （非正式）配偶； （熟练工人的）助手

参考例句：

• He's out boozing with his mates. 他和他的朋友们喝酒去了。
• They've been best mates since school. 他们从上学时期以来就是最要好的朋友。
