　　The development prospect¹ of our region hinges on the decisions and actions we take today.

　　中国经济呈现出新常态。

　　China's economy has been growing steadily³ as a "new normal" of it has emerged.

　　能不能适应新常态，关键在于全面深化改革的力度。

　　The intensity⁴ of our endeavor to comprehensively deepen reform will determine whether we will successfully adapt ourselves to the new normal.

　　总之，我们正在推行的全面深化改革，既是对社会生产力的解放，也是对社会活力的解放，必将成为推动中国经济社会发展的强大动力。

　　Comprehensively deepening reform will not only liberate⁵ the productive force but also unleash⁶ the vitality⁷ of the society. It will serve as a strong driving force for China's economic and social development.

　　中国愿意同各国一道推进“一带一路”建设，更加深入参与区域合作进程，为亚太互联互通、发展繁荣作出新贡献。我们愿同大家一道努力，推动亚洲基础设施投资银行及早投入运作，成为各方在互联互通、金融等领域开展合作的新平台。

　　China is ready to work with other countries in promoting the building of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" and the "21st Century Maritime⁸ Silk Road", pushing for the early operation of the Asian Infrastructure⁹ Investment Bank, and getting more engaged with regional cooperation

　　随着综合国力上升，中国有能力、有意愿向亚太和全球提供更多公共产品，特别是为促进区域合作深入发展提出新倡议新设想。

　　As its overall national strength grows, China will be both capable and willing to provide more public goods for the Asia-Pacific and the world, especially new initiatives and visions for enhancing regional cooperation.
