口语：英文怎么劝人放下烦恼

 　　1. Let bygones be bygones

　　中文里有句俗语叫做“过去的就让它过去吧”，意思是让人别老记在心上，英文里的表达也极其相似，通常用来表示谅解。

　　例：I know we've had our fights over the years, but I think it's time we let bygones be bygones.

　　我知道咱们过去几年没少吵过，可我觉得是时候该放下，让一切都过去了。

　　2. Don't give it a second thought

　　Second thought可以表示“重新考虑”、“改变主意”，不过有些事情再怎么想也无济于事，所以干脆扔掉包袱，轻松前行吧~

　　例：Don't give a second thought to that broken¹ vase².

　　别再想那个被打碎的花瓶了。

　　3. It's no use crying over spilled milk

　　中文里说“覆水难收”，英文也有句话叫做“打翻了牛奶，哭也没用”，表示事已至此，伤心也没用。

　　例：It's no use crying over spilled milk - he's spent all the money, and there's nothing you can do about it.

　　事已至此，别太难过了——他花光了所有钱，可你也没辙啊。

　　4. Better luck next time

　　碰上小伙伴遭遇挫折或者失利，最好的翻篇方式是帮TA忘记不愉快，看向希望和远方。这句话口语中常用在别人失败时送上鼓励。

　　例：I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get the job. Better luck next time.

　　真遗憾你没能得到那份工作。希望下次好运。
