[00:-3.00]Just imagine.You are walking along a mountain path in the Himalayas.

[00:-5.00]You are thinking about how far there is to go.
[00:-6.00]Then,suddenly you are there!
[00:-7.00]And the incredible Mount Qomolangma is on the horizon.
[00:-8.00]It looks spectacular.
[00:-9.00]A few minutes later,you arrive at the camp.
[00:10.00]The food cooking on the fire smells great and while you are hving a hot cup of tea,
[00:11.00]you relax and watch the sun go down.
[00:12.00]At dinner,the food tastes fantastic.
[00:13.00]You talk with other people in the group about everything you have seen
[00:14.00]and done during your day's trekking.

[00:18.00]Treks can be uncomfortable and even dangerous.
[00:19.00]However,at Adventure 2004 we feel that we understand the needs of trekkers.
[00:20.00]All our guides have several years'experience in leading treks in the Himalayas.
[00:21.00]They know all the best routes an best places to camp.
[00:22.00]We also realise that trekking can be hard work
[00:23.00]and believe that trekkers need all our help.
[00:24.00]As well as the group guide,all expeditions have cooks and porters.
[00:25.00]While on a trek,our cooks prepare delicious meals.
[00:26.00]And our porters carry your luggage which means that you can simply enjoy the experience.

[00:28.00]We organise all the flights for you:
[00:29.00]from London to Beijing direct,from Beijing to Lahsa and bus travel in Tibet.
[00:30.00]Accommodation is in comfortable hotels in Beijing and Lahsa,
[00:31.00]hostels on the trek and one-or two-person tents for camping.
[00:32.00]There are also special offers
[00:33.00]for people who don't want to go straight home afterwards.
[00:34.00]If you like history,there is a trip to Western China.
[00:35.00]For people who prefer to spend some time on the coast,
[00:36.00]we can organise your travel and accommodation.
[00:37.00]This is a Class A trek--you have to be fit.
[00:38.00]There are walks of 6-8 hours most days,with a maximum altitude of 5,545 metres.
[00:39.00]Class B and C treks are easier,so you don't need to be so fit.
[00:40.00]The trek costs 2,500 including all flights and accommodation.
[00:41.00]maximum group size is 15 people.
