1. Authorities are trying to find out if overcast skies, rain and gusty winds played a role in a crash claimed the lives of former Senator Ted Stevens and four others. And one rescue worker says fishing waders warmed the surviving passengers, helped act like "a survival-type blanket". Former NASA chief Sean O'Keefe remains in critical condition.

2. U.S. Marshal for Arizona says an escaped inmate and his fiancée may be in Arkansas. He says the couple who robbed a store Wednesday morning in Gentry, fits the description of John McCluskey and his fiancée, Casslyn Welch. Welch's mother lives nearby.

3. JetBlue is finally acknowledging its now-famous angry flight attendant. In a company blog posting, the airline poked fun at the attention directed at the case of Steven Slater. He cursed out a passenger over a plane's loudspeaker and then jumped down the emergency slide.

4. And this archaeological dig appears to have uncovered a home 6,000 years older than Stonehenge. The 11,000-year-old home in northeast Britain could be the oldest in the country.
