1. Some residents along the Wisconsin River in central Wisconsin are leaving their homes after a levee started to fail. Officials say water is only leaking from the Caledonia Levee and that it has not completely collapsed. Folks in Wisconsin, Minnesota and South Dakota have been dealing with severe flooding after days of heavy rains.

2. The pastor of a Georgia Megachurch says he'll fight allegations that he lured young men into sexual relationships. Bishop Eddie Long refused to talk about the specifics of the lawsuits filed against him. Four young men have sued Long, claiming he lured them into sexual relationships when they were 17 and 18 years old.

3. Authorities in New Jersey are searching for the person who opened fire at a party over the weekend, killing a Seton Hall University student. The shooting happened about a mile from campus. Four other partygoers were wounded. All are expected to survive.

4. The Obama administration is working feverishly to keep Middle East peace talks alive now that Israel's ten-month settlement construction slowdown has expired. The Palestinians have said they would quit negotiations if Israel resumes building in the West Bank
