Tia: Good morning! Marquette General Hospital. Tia speaking. May I help you?

Patient: Hi, this is Emily Wang, I want to see a doctor today.

Tia: Your medical card No., please?

Patient: GRH789051

Tia: Thanks. Do you have an appointment, Ms. Wang?

Patient: No. But it is urgent, and I need to see a doctor as soon as possible. I am really in bad shape.

Tia: What is the matter?

Patient: I have a high fever and a bad headache.

Tia: Have you taken your temperature?

Sarah: I have nausea, and I am dizzy. Also I have a abdominal pain.

Doctor Lee: Where is the pain? Could you show me please?

Sarah: Here.

Doctor Lee: What kind of pain? Sharp pain, dull pain or severe pain?

Sarah: Sharp pain.

Doctor Lee: Is the pain continuous?

Sarah: No, It is not continuous. It comes and goes.

Doctor Lee: Please lie down over there.

Sarah: All right.

Doctor Lee: Does it hurt when I push here?

Doctor Lee: Excellent. I am glad to hear that. You know, the nurse ran some basic tests on the urine sample you give her. One of those test give a positive indication for pregnancy. That is why she took blood sample. The blood tests also indicated pregnancy. Congratulations!

Sarah: You are kidding! I can not believe that.

Doctor Lee: We'll need to do some more tests.

Sarah: I am 45 years old! That specialist you sent me to 10 years ago said I couldn't have a baby.

Doctor Lee: I am sure she'll be surprised!
