[01:14.39]Well,I think the environment is one of our
[01:18.99]biggest worries.
[01:21.26]You know...like the pollution in big cities,
[01:26.02]and the rainforests disappearing,and um...
[01:29.63]Yes,I agree,and saving it is important too.

[01:38.12]we can do about it.

[02:53.13]by ordinary people,not just by big factories,
[02:58.67]For example,when we use too many plastic bags
[03:02.96]for shopping,we are harming the environment.

[03:09.68]Many things that help the environment can help
[03:12.66]us too.
[03:14.69]Using less energy or water saves us money.
[03:20.10]And eating more natural food,
[03:22.76]like fruit and vegetables,
[03:25.36]is much healthier than eating processed food
[03:29.19]like hamburgers.
[03:31.02]Still,it's hard to see how small things like
[03:34.59]this will help.
[03:36.32]You see,if I volunteer in a hospital,
[03:40.56]I really fell I am taking part in helping.
[03:44.21]But the environment is so huge.
[03:47.67]I just don't see what one person can do.
[03:52.22]Hey,that kind of thinking makes me sad.
[03:57.24]If everybody believes they can make a difference
[04:00.96]the situation will get better!
