[03:09.59]And "go for it!"is the name of the English book
[03:12.65]you have been studying in junior high school,
[03:14.67]isn't it?
[03:16.63]You have already studied phrasal verbs.
[03:19.63]You learned that phrasal verbs are used more
[03:21.96]when English is spoken than when it is written.
[03:25.41]For example,one phrasal verb is "to help out".
[03:29.37]This means "to volunteer",
[03:31.96]or to give help where it is needed.
[03:35.06]The problem for student of English is
[03:37.07]that phrasal verbs are more difficult
[03:39.44]to understand than you think.
[03:41.69]They look simple,but in fact,
[03:44.05]they have very different meanings.
[03:46.62]So if somebody says
[03:48.44]"I'm really going to go for it in high school",
[03:51.34]what do they mean?
[03:53.61]Well,they are telling you that they plan to do
[03:56.26]their best to achieve their aim.
[03:58.43]This is a great phrasal verb for all of us to
