1. Southeast Missouri has received 15 inches of rain in the past four days. It's proving to be too much for a levee that's keeping a swollen river from inundating the town of Poplar Bluff. It has cracked in at least one spot. But authorities say it probably won't mean a wider evacuation.

2. The man suspected of leaving a pipe bomb at a Colorado shopping mall is now in the custody of the FBI. Police in Boulder say Earl Moore was captured today at a grocery store. He has an extensive criminal record.

3. The family of a Maine mother who went missing over the weekend is offering a $3,000 reward for her safe return. Krista Dittmeyer's baby was found unharmed in a car. But there was no trace of the 20-year-old.

4. And with three days to go until the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton, some people have begun camping out for prime viewing spots. One man calls himself a super fan of the late Princess Diana, he wants to see her son wed.
