1. The US government wants to talk to the three widows of Osama Bin Laden who are in Pakistani custody. National Security Adviser Tom Donilon says information from them could help answer questions about whether Pakistani authorities helped hide the al-Qaeda leader.

2. A Delta Airlines flight from Detroit to San Diego was diverted over what authorities called a "potential security threat". The plane was taken to a remote location in New Mexico, where passengers were interviewed before they were cleared to finish their trip.

3. Officials in Hoboken, New Jersey say 34 people suffered minor injuries Sunday when a train crashed into a set of bumpers as it pulled into its final station. Police say a mechanical failure is likely to blame for the accident.

4. More people in Memphis are being told they should evacuate their homes as the Mississippi River continues to rise. The river is expected to crest Tuesday at 48 feet.
