 BERLIN, June 19 (Xinhua) -- Schalke left back Christian Pander, 27, joined league rival Hannover until 2012 on a free transfer fee, Hannover sports director Joerg Schmadtke said on Sunday.

Christian Pander is a talented defender who made in seven-year only 78 matches and five goals due to recurring injuries.
