Emergency talks will be held today about the swine flu outbreak at a piggery in New South Wales. It's the first human-to-pig transmission of the H1N1 virus in Australia. State and federal representatives from the health and agriculture sectors will attend the meeting in Sydney.

Two more major banks have joined the National Australia Bank in reducing overdrawn fees. From October, Westpac and St George Banks will reduce their charges on old credit cards and savings accounts to nine dollars.
