3. An Australian citizen is due in a Louisville, Kentucky court today. Investigators say Paul Peters broke into a family's home in Sydney nearly two weeks ago and chained a fake bomb to a teenage woman's neck. It could take two months for him to be extradited.
 
 
 
4. And a little with the tree, now New Zealanders are saying enough with the snow. Snow plows worked through the night, but many residents of the capital were unable to get to work or even leave their neighborhoods. And there's another 6 to 12 inches in the forecast by Tuesday night.
