2. A 20-year-old maintenance worker has been arrested in the death of 7-year-old Jorelys Rivera. The Georgia girl was abducted, sexually assaulted and killed at this apartment complex last week. Her body was found in a dumpster on Monday.

 

 

 

3. Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky was arrested again Wednesday and arraigned on new charges brought by two new accusers. He now faces more than 50 charges involving 10 alleged victims of sex abuse.

 

 

 

4. American Airlines is using social media to explain its actions after Alec Baldwin took to Twitter to complain that he was booted from a flight. Without naming the actor, the airlines said on its Facebook page that an extremely vocal customer refused to turn off his phone when asked to do so by a flight attendant.
