BEIJING, March 9 (Xinhuanet) -- The "Desperate Housewives" star Eva Longoria and singer Eduardo Cruz have ended their romance of over a year, according to media reports on Friday. The former couple called it quits within the past few days, and Cruz has returned home to his native Madrid, Spain, Us magazine said.
Being introduced at a party by actress Penelope Cruz, the older sister of Eduardo Cruz, the two first stepped out as a couple last February, shortly after Longoria's divorce from NBA star Tony Parker was finalized.
"It was a mutual decision," a source told Us magazine. "They are staying friends."
"She's focusing on work and the end of 'Desperate Housewives'," the source added. It seems that Eva, remaining in the U.S., will celebrate her 37th birthday on March 15, single. |
