2. As voters headed to the polls in Michigan and Arizona, Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney said he's struggling because he's unwilling to make incendiary comments. He also accused rival Rick Santorum of trying to kidnap the presidential nominating process with automated calls urging democrats to vote in Michigan. 

 

 

 

3. A Pentagon report released Tuesday revealed that partial remains of some 9/11 victims were sent to a landfill after they could not be identified. The report says a contractor incinerated them, then took them to a landfill. The practice ended in 2008. 

 

 

 

4. And a large version of the Olympic rings floated down the Thames River on a barge. The spectacle marked the 150 days until the London Summer Olympics kick off.
