The families of those killed and wounded in Afghanistan this month allegedly by an American soldier have seen payout from the United States. Two Afghan officials say a total of 860 thousand dollars have been paid. But CNN's Sarah Sidener says there could be a negative by-product for the families getting this money. In most of the places people are illiterate, they are not used to dealing with this kind of money,and there certainly nowhere safe to put it. So we have to see what happens, but it could cause security risk for them, and anyone around them.
