2. Lawyers for Jerry Sandusky have asked a judge to postpone his child sex abuse trial. They say the delay is needed in order to effectively defend the former Penn State assistant football coach.

 

 

 

3. Police have released surveillance tape of a man charged in the killing of a Tennessee mother and her teenage daughter. Suspect Adam Mayes is also alleged to have fled with the woman's two younger girls. Mayes was last seen at a convenience store in Union County, Mississippi, days after the girls' disappearance. He's been added to the FBI's ten most wanted list.

 

 

 

4. Queen Elizabeth of England has announced plans to reform the House of Lords and boost Britain's economic growth. Proposals must be voted on by parliament before becoming law.
