2. Ray Bradbury has died at age 91 after a lengthy career of writing everything from science fiction and mystery to humor. Bradbury transformed his childhood dreams and Cold War fears into telepathic Martians, lovesick sea monsters and his vision of a high-tech, book-burning future in "Fahrenheit 451."

 

 

 

3. The space shuttle Enterprise has arrived at its new Manhattan home - the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum. The prototype space shuttle traveled up the Hudson River from Jersey City, New Jersey on Wednesday.
