3. At least three people are dead after a gunman opened fire during a party near Auburn University. Authorities say two of the men who were killed were former Auburn football players. A suspect still at large has been charged with capital murder.
 
 
 
4. Megachurch pastor Creflo Dollar is denying allegations that he choked and punched his 15-years-old daughter during an argument. Dollar told his congregation on Sunday that he should never have been arrested and that "all is well" in his household.
