  1. Find Meaning

  stimulators in a place whereyou can see them. If you are feeling down and your energy isbroken, then read over these stimulators。

  Making someone else laugh is the sameas helping someone at work: when you do it, you increase your ownhappiness. You stop worrying about yourself and focus on makingsomeone else happy. The best part is that you improve your ownhappiness at the same time。

  opposite: we look at all theupsetting things that happened in our day, thinking that if we lookover our mistakes we can avoid repeating them. This causes us tofocus on the
