Let's take a look at the satellite. Cloud weather developing low pressure system is bringing showers to the southeast corner of the country. A high is keeping skies mostly clear elsewhere.
Looking around the states.
Fine and mostly sunny over Queensland with some scattered showers about the northeast coast and peninsula district, very warm through southern district.
In New South Wales, there'll be showers in the southern and central parts, the chance of thunderstorms in the southeast. Partly cloudy in the north.
Cloudy in Victoria with areas of rain during the morning. Heavy falls possible over the east and snow developing over the Alpine areas in the afternoon.
In Tasmania, isolated showers about the west, far south and the northeast. Snow about the high peaks.
South Australia can expect cooler southerly winds in the south, hot in the north and isolated showers near the coast.
A hot and dry day in WA's north and interior. Mostly sunny and warm in the state's south.
An afternoon shower or storm expected in the Top End, hot and dry elsewhere.
Looking ahead to tomorrow. And showers clearing in Melbourne and Perth. Cloud increasing in Hobart. A late shower for Darwin. |
